Jerry was a partner in a local insurance defense firm from 1956 until 1971 when he opened his present practice. Jerry has represented clients in complex litigation matters, including lead poisoning cases, wrongful death cases, environmental cleanup, inverse condemnation of avigation easements, and products liability. His practice now focuses on personal injury and complex case litigation. He was the President of Farmers & Merchants Bank from 1974 to 2004. He was selected to be listed in the 1995-1996 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Jerry is admitted to practice before the state courts in Washington; the U.S. District Courts in Washington, Idaho and Hawaii, U.S. Court of Claims, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
