Prior to entering the practice of law, Pat worked for several major corporations in the finance and marketing areas. Pat earned a Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1987, and has work experience in the investment, insurance and railroad industries.

Pat continues to be involved in the financial community and is an active member of the CFA Society of Spokane.
